have some interaction with local small business. SCORE deals with the
education, formation, growth and success of small business and nonprofit
organizations in your community. According to the last census there are
34,672 small businesses in Knox County. Small business is the backbone
of America's entrepreneurial spirit.
What is the SCORE
Greater Knoxville Speakers Bureau?
The SCORE Greater Knoxville Speakers Bureau is a collection of professional,
experienced business executives available to speak at your business, civic
or professional organization about a variety of business subjects free
of charge.
We have a group of over 20 speakers, some of which teach at the college
level, which can fill your needs. Presentation times can be tailored to
fit the need of your organization as well. We also conduct workshops and
seminars, another aspect of the SCORE organization.
What topics are available?
SCORE can provide presentations about growth of small to medium sized
companies (and nonprofit organizations), management of such companies,
and other various normal business operations thanks to the experience
and expertise of our collection of speakers. Some specific topics include:
